Acceptance

By joining Otohits.net, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions in this document, and agree to provide complete and accurate information about you whenever it's asked. We reserve the right to alter this agreement at any time, and to place the revised agreement at this location

Services provided by Otohits.net

Membership

We provide to you free membership, requiring the following rules:

  • A valid email address. By registering to Otohits.net, an email will be sent to verify that your email address exists and is able to receive messages.
  • One account per physical person is authorized. One account can be used over multiple IPs (Multi session).
  • Reselling your account to another person is strictly forbidden.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account for any of the following reasons:

  • You doesn't respect one of the conditions described here.
  • Trying to avoid anti-cheat systems or blocking advertisements provided by us.
  • Trying to cheat to earn more points or to win at any of the contests.
  • Any hacking attempt on the website or on the Applications.
  • Submitting repeatedly invalid websites.

Your information

The information you provide for your membership will be used exclusively on Otohits.net implying the following rules:

  • Your sensible information are crypted and known only by you. Neither the administrator or the webmaster have access to this information.
  • Your email address is exclusively used to communicate with you. Your information will not be showed or sold to anyone.
  • Your information can be edited at any time in the "My information" page. Your email address can be changed by contacting us from the Contact page.
  • You can request all the information associated to your account or ask for a complete removal by contacting us from the Contact page.

Autosurf systems

You are allowed to surf using one of the autosurf system provided. Each hit will add some points (between 10 and 600) to your account. Each visit on your site will cost you points depending on the timer you declared for your site (between 10 and 600 seconds). Points can be accumulated with no limit.

Sites registration

We reserve the right to reject your site for any of these reasons:

  • Presence of virus / trojans or any kind of worms.
  • Rotator website.
  • Website that blocking the autosurf.
  • Website with inappropriate content (shocking, terrorism, xenophobia, crime, pedophil, sexual content not declared as Adult website,...).

We reserve the right to modify at any time the status of a website

Referral system

We provide to you a link and banners to be able to refer other users. By doing so, you will receive a percentage of the earning of your referrals (10%). When your referral will use the autosurf and earn 1 point, your account will be directly credited with 0.1 point

Limitation and Warranty

Otohits.net autosurf services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. This includes without limitation any warranty for Information, Services, Uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with our service. This also include without limitation the results obtained through our service. We disclaim any warranties concerning the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products or services.

Payments

Otohits provide to his members the possibility to buy points and slots. Payment can be processed through the following payment providers:

  • Legiit (Paypal)
  • Stripe
  • CoinPayments

We reserve the right to modify this list and the access for member, region and country for these providers at any moment and without any notice

Depending on the choice of the payment provider, the delivery of the services can be done in one of the following ways:

  • Instant payment (Stripe): Services are automatically added to the account of the buyer.
  • Waiting payment (Legiit, CoinPayments): Services are added to the account of the buyer when we receive the confirmation of the payment provider that the transaction has been correctly completed.
  • Canceled payment/Fraud: the account of the buyer will be immediately suspended.

We reserve the right to suspend/cancel a transaction for payment associated with canceled transfers or in suspicion of fraud. Fraudulent payment can lead to the transmission of all the information available to the competent authority.

All payments are considered final. No refund will be accepted if payment is linked to any of the following cases and is under the acceptance of the webmaster:

  • Payment concerns slots
  • Payment concerns points, superior to 20€ and where points have been used more than 20%. Your previous activities will be considered in this case.
  • Refund request concern is linked to the Limitation and Warranty on the current Terms and conditions.

We place no claim on websites that are listed or displayed, but we treat the information as we present it as copyrighted material, as well as the software we use to present it with.
